Fiorenza Gamba, anthropologist and sociologist, is a researcher at the Institute for Sociological Research (IRS) of the University of Geneva. Her research interests include mobility, urban rituals and the imaginary of the city.

Sandro Cattacin, a professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Geneva, specialises in urban politics and sociology, social and health policies, and international human mobility.

Bob W. White is a professor in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Montreal and Director of the Laboratoire de recherche en relations interculturelles (LABRRI). He coordinates a multi-sectoral research partnership on the dynamics of inclusion in Montreal and the Quebec Municipalities Network on Immigration and Intercultural Relations (RÉMIRI).
