The recent emergence and prevalence of social network applications, sensor equipped mobile devices, and the availability of large amounts of geo-referenced data have enabled the analysis of new context dimensions that involve individual, social, and urban context. Bin Guo is an Associate Professor from Northwestern Polytechnical University, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in computer science from Keio University, Tokyo, Japan, in 2009. During 2009-2011, he was a post-doctoral researcher at Institut TELECOM SudParis in France. His research interests include ubiquitous computing, mobile social networking, and cross-community mining. Dr. Guo has served as an editor of IEEE Communications Magazine, ACM/Springer Personal and Ubiquitous Computing (PUC), and the guest editor of ACM Transactions on Intelligent Systems and Technology (TIST). He has served as the general chair of the SCI-11, the publicity chair of UIC12, ICTH13, the workshop chair of iThings13, and the TPC member for a number of conferences. He has published over 50 scientific papers in referred journals, conferences, and book chapters. He won the best paper award of AMT2012 and GPC2012.

Daniele Riboni is a Research Fellow at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Milano, where he is member of the EveryWare Laboratory. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Milano in 2007 with a thesis on ""Techniques, Algorithms, and Architectures for Adaptation in Mobile Computing"". His research interests are in the areas of context-awareness and adaptation, pervasive and mobile computing, and privacy. He participated to several research projects, and during his research activity he actively collaborated with various Italian and foreign partners, both from industry and academia. He has published over 40 scientific papers and his contributions appeared in the proceedings of major conferences and in leading journals of his research fields. He belongs to the program committee of various conferences and workshops.

Peizhao Hu is a Senior Research Engineer at NICTA (Australia's centre for research excellence). His research interests include Mobile application development, Context-aware and Pervasive Computing, Autonomic Computing, Wireless mesh networking. Dr. Hu had served as technical program committee and organising committee for a number of conference and workshops, including PerCom, LCN, AINA, UIC. He has (co)authored more than twenty journal and conference papers in his research expertise.
