This book provides trial lawyers with a process they can use to simplify their cases by filtering out what is distracting or unimportant.

G. Christopher Ritter is a member of The Focal Point LLC., which has offices in Oakland, California, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Focal Point consults with trial lawyers throughout the country to find ways to make cases easier to understand and, as a result, more persuasive to juries. Chris is a former partner at a major San Francisco law firm, where he tried numerous cases in State and Federal Courts. For more than 12 years, he was also an adjunct faculty member at University of California—Hastings School of Law, where he taught Legal Writing, Evidence, and Trial Practice courses. Chris has over 20 years experience in litigation and graphic strategy. He has also regularly taught programs for such organizations as the National Institute of Trial Advocacy, California’s Continuing Education of the Bar, and the Litigation Section of the State Bar of California. Chris was graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and is an active member of The State Bar of California.
