The Creation And The Scripture: The Revelation Of God (1882)

The Creation And The Scripture: The Revelation Of God is a book written by Gilbert Chichester Monell and published in 1882. The book explores the relationship between the creation of the world and the scripture, and how they both reveal the nature and character of God. Monell argues that the creation of the world is a reflection of God's power and wisdom, and that the scripture provides a deeper understanding of God's plan for humanity. The book is divided into several chapters, each focusing on a different aspect of the relationship between the creation and the scripture. Monell discusses topics such as the origin of the universe, the role of humanity in God's plan, and the importance of faith and obedience in understanding God's will. He draws on biblical passages and other religious texts to support his arguments, and provides examples from history and everyday life to illustrate his points.Overall, The Creation And The Scripture: The Revelation Of God is a thought-provoking exploration of the relationship between the natural world and the divine. It offers insights into the nature of God and the purpose of human existence, and encourages readers to deepen their understanding of both through the study of scripture and reflection on the wonders of creation. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
