About the Author

Jasper Udink ten Cate is a Creative Chef. A foodartist who designs foodconcepts to tickle your brain. He loves food, art, music, stories, places, jokes, curiosa, old books and most of all, the emotions that people have when they enjoy a meal.
He combines his knowledge and the emotions of his guests to cook them something special. Something especially for them. He tries to cook food that can make you cry because he wants to bring you back to your most precious moments in life.

Besides being a Chef, he is also an Artist, Designer and Chocolatemaker.

We first started out as ?The Paperback Exchange,? a chain of physical bookstores where we would part exchange your beloved books for new stories to transport you to faraway places. However, as shopping started to evolve to online shops and marketplaces, we bid our stores goodbye to become ?PBShop.? Working with a number of different suppliers allows us to explore other avenues such as puzzles, sheet music and even stationery so we really do have something for everyone. Life is about being versatile in all realms of existence.
