About the Author
Roseanne M. Perkins, Ph.D. is an associate professor and the program coordinator of the Library Science and Learning Technologies programs at Kutztown University. She earned an M.Ed. in art education from Kutztown University and a Ph.D. in teaching, learning, and technology from Lehigh University. She has served as a youth services librarian and a library director in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
