About the Author

Dr. Nicholas Comninellis teaches public health and family medicine at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and Trinity Lutheran Hospital.

He has authored two other books: Shanghai Doctor and Where Do I Go to Get a Life? and co-authored Darwin's Demise with Joe White of Kanakuk Kamps in Branson, Missouri. Nicholas' credits include numerous medical publications in the journals Family Medicine and Tropical Doctor, among others. He is especially passionate about outreach to neglected people and spent several years working in Africa and China. Nicholas' home base is in Liberty, Missouri, where he is part of Shoal Creek Community Church
