Being unable to walk from ages 6 to 10 because of medical malpractice, being a high school dropout after losing both parents, and being a curious wander through life, Warren Dittmar became a professor, professional photographer, art therapist, personal development trainer, and an entrepreneur. For him, the meaning of life is to value people, art, nature, and the wonder of sight and consciousness. In his many workshops and lectures, he has emphasized the importance of our creative spirit and the driving force of personal expression. The Creative Jump is about the development of a creative spirit and Warren’s journey through sickness, divorce, and tragedy to reach that creative spirit. It is both an exploration of creativity and beauty and a personal story representing all of our journeys to reach joy, love, and personal satisfaction. There were many disappointments and failures to be overcome. But with defiance, perseverance, and perpetual curiosity, each was overcome, altered, or changed in some creative way to offer passage and enlightenment. The Creative Jump shows ways to explore life, art, and the joys of seeing. It is a tale of self-examination, of emotions, and of ideas that encourage and support the best in all of us.
