Dark Green linen-like covers and spine with bright green title and author with triple horizontal lines above and below the printing, spine is similar but with printing vertical and the addition of the publisher and symbols resembling footballs. Back cover is blank. Both covers and spine are spotted with loss of color with front cover and spine the worst. upper and lower edges of the front cover are moderately soiled and also a bit of the lowest portion of the spine and a bit of the back cover. Pages are clean and tight with no writing but are lightly browned due to age.The former owner's name is in ink inside the front cover. The dust jacket is red, black and gray tones with photo scenes of plays at the top and bottom of the cover and a very wide band of red with the title in white, author in black and smaller bands of the symbols of actors along the top and bottom, the spine is similar, back cover of the dust jacket shows another book and synopsis, front flap is a synopsis of the book and back flap is a bio of the author, a large portion of the top of the front jacket is missing and there is a large tear there also, the edges of the jacket are torn, worn and have missing small portions, the bottom of the spine is also missing a section. The end pages are soiled and foxed.
