Synopsis
Education has been recognized as a fundamental right and it is viewed as a process of human resource development where the knowledge, skills and capabilities are sharpened to achieve a wide range of objectives. Creativity refers to the phenomenon whereby something new is created which has some kind of subjective value (such as an idea, a joke, a literary work, a painting or musical composition, a solution, an invention etc.). It is also the qualitative impetus behind any given act of creation, and it is generally perceived to be associated with intelligence and cognition.The increasing awareness about the importance of Creativity is generating many more research questions. What factors promote Creativity? How far do these factors contribute towards the development of creativity?
