About the Author
Sande Two Eagles, born at the end of the second world war, of English and American parentage, with roots based in the Cherokee Nation and the spiritual tradition of English mediums. Eldest of 5 children, mother of 4 and grandmother of 22, Sande is able to express herself in all mediums of writing, literature, art and crafts. Writing is something that comes easily to Sande and because of her ability to empathise with her 'characters' she is able to give them life, emotions and reality. Although she has written short stories, books and children's adventures, most of her life, this is the first time she has decided to publish. She was encouraged to do so by friends who are now part of her 'family' in Australia. Now living in Crosbyton, Texas she is able to explore new pathways and to complete her second book. Her background is one of a Human Behavioural Therapist, working with people wishing to change and correct their behavioural patterning. Her ability to understand all levels of their beingness, has allowed her to use words to bring them to an awareness of the whole picture and not just the limited self concept. Time in America allowed Sande to touch base with her Cherokee ancestry and through it she gained the history and pride of her Nation. She was given the name Skyhaw Two Eagles, by John Two Eagles, a Native American University Professor of Hopi/Sioux heritage, who 'adopted' her as part of his own family. It is a name that she is proud to 'wear' but found it easier to accomodate her given name in order to incorporate both birthrights. Sande is currently is well into the second book of the series of "The Making of the Gods".
