He has worked at Oriental Bank of commerce and made substantial changes in credit policy of the bank; keeping in view the difficulties faced by the field functionaries and framed credit risk management policy during the period 2005-08. His debut book “Working Capital Management & Finance” has internationally been acknowledged.
