Christopher Ryan has earned recognition and awards as a community journalist, teacher, actor, independent filmmaker, and sketch comedy writer, but mostly he writes fast-paced stories with humor and heart. He has independently published four novels including two Mallory and Gunner supernatural police procedurals getting rebooted in 2024. His short stories have been published in several horror, mystery, crime and pop culture anthologies. Additionally, he's written many tales featuring Alex Simmons' famed Blackjack adventurer.
