About this title

Synopsis

This commentary has been prepared not less for the readers of the Revised Version of the English Bible than for those of the Hebrew Text. Hebrew words appear at times in the main comment. They have been frequently introduced to illustrate the origin of different readings arising through a similarity of letters.
