Second issue of this Washington DC punk/hardcore fanzine, featuring John Stabb's opinions on a punk show featuring Minor Threat, among others, as well as reviews of various records. Another page features a review of Stabb's band, Government Issue, attributed to Kathy. POOR condition. Last two leaves detached from the staple. 4 � inch tear to the lower center rear leaf, affecting the bottom picture and with some loss of paper in the blank section. Moderate wrinkling and creasing. Minor soiling. Handwritten correction to text.
