About the Author

Jennifer Lyons simply loves to cook. She grew up in household that was always cooking together and she really enjoyed those moments. When she moved out on her own it became a bit of a challenge to keep up with cooking as she had to work and go to school. If she were at home she would get a healthy cooked meal as everyone would take part but now she was alone and she needed a solution for that problem. She learned about the Crockpot and decided to try it out. She found the meals she prepared to be just as tasty and the meat even more succulent than the other methods that she utilized to prepare it. It also fit right in with her schedule as she could spare the time to do the quick prep beforehand. She could not keep the benefits to herself and simply had to share them with everyone. This she opted to do in the form of a book. With the help of her friends she put together a book that not only explained what a pressure cooker really is but also outlines the advantages and gives some great recipes as well for all to try.
