The Crystal Thief: Book 1: The Rise of the Raven Queen

Kiree's life couldn't be more idyllic-but when an accidental adventure brings a malevolent entity to his front door, a race against time and evil begins. A race only Kiree can win.

The people of Sonnet are hardworking, generous, and kind. Their quiet mountain village is the picture of tranquility and happiness. Kiree, his younger sister Lasidia, and their parents shared in this idyllic life. Nothing went wrong in their village-because there was nothing to go wrong. Everything had a place or a purpose.

However, when Kiree stumbled upon a beautiful crystal one afternoon, his discovery would rock the fabric of the village's reality. No longer did their rolling alpine paradise bask in sunlight-now, Kiree's world collapses into darkness and horror. Horror that had long been forgotten and thought destroyed forever.

The Raven Queen.

Thrust into a life-threatening quest he didn't realize he'd volunteered for, Kiree is faced with unimaginable obstacles on his way to not only stop the evil he unwittingly unleashed, but to reestablish the tranquility of the life he once lived.

Can Kiree and his friends escape this reign of dark magic that pursues them? And at what cost? Why is Raven Queen obsessed with the killing of Kiree?
