About the Author: Heather Cook has fostered and found homes for unwanted cats and kittens for Cats Protection for nearly thirty years. She was honoured to be chosen as the charity's Volunteer of the Year in 2011. Heather has previously published several other feline-focused books with Matador: Evie's Diary (2012), Paws for Thought (2013), From Sidcup with Purrs (2014) and The Old, The Mad and the Wobbly (2015). She has always had a soft spot for elderly and disabled cats and currently shares her home with several feline characters.
