There is a short note to the former owner on the first blank page; the note appears to be signed by the author (do not know the history of the signature - see pictures). The dust jacket has small tears on each side of the top of the spine (see pictures). There is some scuffing near the top right corner of the jacket on the back side. The jacket also has some wear and light creasing. The spine tilts slightly. The pages are tanning slightly. There are a couple of pages that have small bends / creases in the corners.
