Culture, Racism and Family: Letters to my Children is a straight forward personal appeal to all who value Liberty. If you value Liberty, value Responsibility more highly. This is an appeal to excel and excellent advice on pursuing excellence. If you come to the end of your life without having lived well, it will be too late. Spend your life now so that the very last day will be one of satisfaction, not regret. Racism has impacted everyone in America in one form or another. Liberty and Responsibility, walking hand in hand, provide a solution to the disquietude of the nation. Racism does not have to continue, but ending it means ending slave mentality which militates against both Responsibility and Liberty.

Arthur Jaggard is an ordained American Baptist Minister in Southeast Kansas where he works on the denominational staff. He is a Fellow in the Oxford Society of Scholars and recently completed a Merrill Fellowship at Harvard. He says he likes bright colors and old cars, but his greatest passion is for his wife and children. He writes from a Libertarian perspective and is unashamedly devoted to Jesus Christ.
