Increasingly scarce early title by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, issued prior to the author's later worldwide recognition as "Osho". Early Rajneesh paperbacks were often published in comparatively modest print runs and were typically read and shared heavily within communities, resulting in relatively few surviving collector-grade copies in circulation today. This second edition paperback was one of only 10,000 copies, following the first edition which consisted of 2,000 copies. This 1983 printing is in Very Good+ condition that has been lightly handled and likely unread. The spine remains uncreased and maintains a tight, square binding and text block. The front cover shows some slight discoloration and foxing due to age. The first few pages have a very small black ink-like stain that bleeds through on the upper right corner (see photos). The "A" in the title on the front cover shows some minor rubbing. Most of the original price sticker remains affixed to the lower back cover.

Terms of sale
Returned items must be received in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Books returned with new damage, including but not limited to detached text blocks, split hinges, broken bindings, or moisture damage, may be subject to partial refund or denial of refund depending on severity and cause of damage.
Many books offered by Front Porch Rare Books are antique, vintage, collectible, or out-of-print items that may be decades to a century old or more. While every effort is made to provide detailed and accurate condition descriptions and photographs, normal age-related characteristics such as delicate bindings, aged adhesives, and fragile paper are common and should be expected.
Buyers acknowledge that collectible and vintage books require careful handling. Damage caused by improper opening, forcing of bindings, failure to support the spine while reading, or other handling inconsistent with standard rare-book care may not be eligible for full return or refund.
Condition descriptions reflect the state of the book at the time of sale and shipment. Any concerns regarding condition should be addressed prior to purchase, and additional photographs or clarification are always happily provided upon request.
Front Porch Rare Books is devoted to preserving and passing along well-loved books to new readers and collectors. These books have often been cherished across generations, and thoughtful handling helps ensure they can continue to be enjoyed for many years to come.
Shipping terms
