The Cure for Procrastination

(Especially if you are a creative type or have ADD)

By Daniel Ben Abraham

For those who suffer from procrastination, this book is short, direct, to the point, and designed to get you into productive mode quickly and easily. This book is written by someone who had the worst procrastination, figured out the reasons for procrastination, and defeated it. This is the key to understanding the four subconscious reasons why you are delaying and procrastinating, how to bring those reasons to the conscious mind, and quickly work past them and get back to easy, enjoyable productivity.

Everyone procrastinates for one or more of four reasons:

1. Fear.
2. A decision is needed.
3. More information is needed.
4. Insufficient brain chemicals to start and continue the task.

The Cure for Procrastination helps you catch yourself immediately when you are procrastinating by understanding exactly when that is, work through all four reasons, visualize what you should be doing, and act. By continuing this process, you will find yourself flowing easily from one task to the next, in a continuous mindset of easy and enjoyable productivity.

While short, this book is designed to be the best book on the market to solve this problem, and dramatically and easily increase your productivity for success at life and goal achievement. Nobody can afford a life in which they only do things when they feel like it. Get into life, and enjoy.
