Very thick 8vo, full contemporary vellum with manuscript title on spine; hinges cracked but still sound. Trajecti ad Rhenum [Utrecht]: Apud Franciscum Halmam, 1693. Second edition. A very good(+) copy with clean plates. A good, annotated edition of De Rebus gesti Alexandri Magni, a biography of Alexander the Great, by the first century A.D. Roman rhetorician. This is one of the primary sources on the Macedonian king's life. Brunet II 449.
