Custer's Last Battle printed on pages one to thiirty, followed with 'Comments by General (James B.) Fry on the Custer Battle on pages thirty-one to thirty-eight. This reprint was reset and printed. At the foot of the front cover is the printers slug, 'San Francisco (GH) 5-17-32 - 1600'. Binding stapled, rear cover with two small stains; a very nice copy of a scarce and historically important piece of Custeriana.

I was an associate of Hamill & Barker in Chicago, then manager/buyer for Marshall Field's Rare Book, map, print, poster, book related art, autograph and mss dept. for seven years. Sole prop. of Richard Cady Rare Books in NY, Chicago, and for the last 25 years in Prescott, Arizona. My reference library consists of some 1500 volumes, my stock is about the same size. Fine selection of books about books, fine turn-of-the-century publisher's trade bindings, literature, Raj India, southwest Americana, the English and American 1890s, and rare and interesting books in all fields. I am a stickler on condition. And having been an antiquarian bookseller for over 50 years now I am beginning to entertain booksellers' inquiries re: my reference library, stock, book related posters and prints, and a large number of five-stack, glass front, Globe Wernicke book cases.
