Clamshell Box Only, no book. This box was apparently designed to protect the Ruxton Papers from the Graff Collection as noted in the Colton Storm bibliography. The original papers are at the Newberry Library, from whence this box apparently came. Size is about 13.5 x 10 . 1.5 inches on the inside, slightly larger on the outside, in green cloth with gilt titles stamped at spine, and a small ink stamp "Feb. '74" stamped at inside. Very clean and bright, and sturdy. See Graff #3614 for bibliographic reference.
