Cutter

Jimmy Parisi is a cop who’s got everything going for him — a good career with the Chicago PD and a beautiful young redhead who’s just agreed to become his wife. But working within the homicide department means that you are exposed to the darkest side of humankind. A shocking and brutal killer is on the loose: someone who is not only murdering and raping young women, but then mutilating and abandoning their deformed bodies. Not just operating out of an individual perverse desire to murder, this sickening killer is part of a wider criminal underworld. Amongst the cops and in the media, he earns the nickname ‘The Farmer’ - as evidence suggests he’s harvesting female organs for a sinister illegal trade. Parisi is on the case from day one, determined not to allow the body count to increase even further. But this elusive killer proves to be a criminal mastermind, evading the police department at every twist and turn. Parisi refuses to give up but things become far too close for comfort when Parisi realises that the killer has a new victim in his sights: Parisi’s new wife. A chilling and fast-paced thriller, Cutter delves into the psyche of a psychopath in what becomes a terrifying game of cat and mouse. This paperback book has 320 pages and measures 21 x 12 x 3cm
