12mo folded ca. 4" x 7.5" , stiff paper wraps with light to moderate wear, age darkened and soiled, contents somewhat age darkened, folding map present and attached to back cover, map is very good or better but may have some small tears along folds or small holes at corners of folds, but without loss. Scarce early Pocket map.
