Fourth Revised Ed. 736 pages. No dust jacket. Full leather binding with gilt lettering. School prize rebind, with gilt logo to front. Marbled endpapers and text block edges. Colour frontispiece with B&W illustrations throughout. Clean pages. Minimal foxing and tanning to endpapers and page edges. Presentation plate to front paste down. Moderate wear and bumping to spine, board edges and corners. Front joint split approx. half way, thus the board is slack. Notable tanning to spine and board edges, with scuffing, staining and marking to boards.
