- Thick octavo, cloth, in a dust wrapper. The covers are lightly rubbed & bumped & the head & tail of the spine are lightly chipped. The dust jacket is rubbed, soiled & chipped with creases to the flaps. The jacket spine is darkened with the head torn. xii, 992 & [3] pages, with the text printed in 2 columns. Black-and-white illustrations. Very good in a fair dust wrapper.
