Dust jacket rubbed; nicks, scuffs, several short tears, and some bumping; light soiling to white rear panel. Handsome blue cloth with bright gilt stamping to spine and front board. Some fading to dark top edge; slight toning to endpapers; interior pages are clean. Binding retains some crispness. With reproductions of 6 etchings by Troy Kinney, 147 line drawings and diagrams by the co-authors and 278 illustrations from photographs.
