Three volumes bound in elegant gilt decorated morocco, by Riviere & Son, with gilt titles, gilt page edges, gilt decorated compartments and inner gilt dentelles, illustrated, Two volumes of the same edition bound identically, the third volume of plates from a different edition of the work, with identical spine but a triple fillet to the boards without the corner scroll on the other two volumes. Vol II with the printed number on the limitation page crossed out and 387 added in ink.

Illustrated with 22 colour plates to Vol I, 28 colour plates to Vol II, both with monochrome illustrations in the text throughout, Vol III with 18 monochrome illustrations.
