Moderate shelf wear and soiling to covers. Previous owners name and address on inside front cover. Moderate yellowing to page ends and text. Text is otherwise clean and unmarked. Hinges are tight. Illustrated with many b&w photos. Includes the receipt of the original owner buying the book in New York in Oct., 1947. "Presented in the forms of constitutional diseases exhibiting associated skin changes. Diseases adequately described in standard texts, such as common skin disorders are not included."
