] Hardback, small 8vo, gilt on black cloth, viii + 352 pages, G+/no dj. Minor corner wear, minor to moderate wear to spine-ends. Two areas of cloth defects on the back cover with one pea-sized gouge & 8 or 10 tiny punctures. Title (in gilt on the spine) only very slightly dulled, though publisher's name a little worse and/or a little rubbed. Neat name and date ('24) in ink on front pastedown.
