A hard-to-find volume, rich with photographs. Red cloth-covered boards with gilt-embossed lettering. No chips, tears, creases or written inscriptions on pages. Forty-six pages of advertisements at rear of book. Hinges are exposed but intact. Coverboards have edgewear. Some toning around edges of pages. Small black marker streak on front cover. Bottom right corner of rear paste-down endpaper is missing.
