VOL. II AND III ONLY! Green hardcovers with a gilt spine title and chocolate endpapers. The inner binding on the second volume is heavily cracked and separated in one place and the inner spine cloth has been re-glued. And the binding on the third volume is shaken. About 9 x 6 with 529 pp. plus ads and 598 pp. plus ads. Size: 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall.
