DICHOTOMOUS

Gus Ortega spent twenty years building a machine that could preserve the human mind forever.

Then it copied him.

As the world teeters on collapse, Gus’s forced to confront an impossible question: if a perfect version of him exists without his body, which one of him is real?

Meanwhile, Eddie Porter, a janitor with no interest in immortality, becomes caught in the machinery of Gus’s grand experiment.

Together, they stumble into a future neither man intended, where consciousness is negotiable, identity is unstable, and eternity may be the longest mistake humanity ever makes.

DICHOTOMOUS is a darkly comic science-fiction novel about immortality, class, and what remains when the self splits.
