About the Author

The late RULPH CHASSAING, PHD, taught Real-Time DSP at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. DONALD REAY, PHD, is a Lecturer in the School of Engineering and Physical Sciences at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
