DISCIPLESHIP: Learning To Be A Follower Of Jesus Christ

oo often, as a church, we share John 3:16 with a new believer, celebrate their decision to follow Christ, baptize them—and then leave them to figure out how to live for Jesus on their own.

But salvation is the beginning, not the finish line.

In Discipleship: Learning to Be a Follower of Jesus, Travis Flanders addresses the gap between belief and true biblical discipleship. This book was written to help new and seasoned believers alike learn how to grow beyond simply being followers and become disciples of Jesus Christ—men and women who walk daily in obedience, spiritual maturity, and purposeful faith.

Discipleship is not passive. It is learned, practiced, and lived out through intentional growth, biblical teaching, and a relationship with Christ that shapes every part of life. This book is designed to walk alongside believers, providing guidance, encouragement, and structure for developing a deeper, more active walk with Jesus.

Rev Frank Webb Ministries, LLC exists to equip believers, make disciples, and advance the Kingdom of God. This book reflects that mission—calling the Church to not only lead people to Christ, but to walk with them as they learn how to live for Him.
