DNA of My Favourite Bakes (Paperback or Softback)

DNA of my Favourite Bakes is the second book by pastry chef, lecturer, and author
Andreas Hein, who would love to share his passion for patisserie and confectionary.

As he curated the recipes for this book, he realised that each sweet treat has its own story to tell. From the careful selection of ingredients to the precise measurements and baking techniques, there is an art behind every creation. And just like in life, it is important to appreciate the journey and not just the end result.

By immersing yourself in the world of baking, you not only satisfy your taste buds but also cultivate a sense of gratitude for the simple pleasures in life. It is a reminder to slow down, to savour the moments of mixing, kneading, and waiting for the oven timer to ring.

In embracing the process of baking, you learn to embrace the process of life itself through the countless stories behind the bakes. Each step and each ingredient contribute to the final product. And just as you can't rush the perfect rise of a cake, you can't rush the journey of self-discovery and personal growth.

So, as you flip through the pages of this book and embark on your own baking adventures, remember to savour the experience. Let each bite of a freshly baked treat remind you to be present, to be grateful, and to be happy. In the simple act of creating something delicious, you may just find the key to a more fulfilling life.
