DOSE Personal Prescriptions for a Happier Life and 52 Science Based Ways to Get it

How many books on wellbeing have you read? Quite a few? Do they contain lots of ideas you have been meaning to try out but haven't got around to yet? If so, don't worry, you are not alone and it's normal, but you don't have to leave it at that.

The52Project

was born out of an idea on a sofa to make wellbeing work for all by unlocking

the science behind 52 simple wellbeing habits (#Tips) that will cost you little

time and next to nothing in money. The power comes in how you can combine or

'stack' to self-prescribe your DOSE to get more of the life you want and need.

Explore

with us how taking a cold shower can boost your confidence, a coloured top can

help you get that job, how beetroot juice can help you smash your PB, and how

walking barefoot or rolling a ball under your foot, can all add up to more

life, in your own hands, on your own terms.

Between

them Dulcie Swanston and Iain Price (PhD) have spent decades in leadership,

communication and research roles before each setting up training and coaching companies

as well as being public speakers and writers. They have heard many of the

excuses and have used many themselves! In this book they reveal bite-sized

science backed #Tips that can make a real difference to you and those in your

life - in neat, real life, everyday ways.
