Rio de Janeiro; Editora Index, 1999. Three softcover volumes in decorative slipcase.  140pp + 20pp + 149pp. Illustrated. Volumes in Fine condition, slipcase is VG+ with very minor rubbing.  Text is in English.  Vol 1: Two unpublished Portuguese manuscripts about the Dutch conquest (1624) and the Iberian recovery (1625) of Salvador da Bahia in Brazil. Vol 2: A forgotten letter written by Martim Correia de Sa 1630. Vol 3: Vincent Joachim Soler's Seventeen letters 1636-1643.
