About the Author
Lyndelle Palmer Clarke began her career in the entertainment industry performing at age 12. At 18, she began touring her band as the lead singer and manager around her home country of Australia. At 21 she signed to a major record label and travelled the world writing and recording with some of the worlds biggest producers and writers, and in 2006 was a finalist on Australian Idol. After moving to London to further pursue her career in music, she suffered from severe depression which became her catalyst for leaving the entertainment industry. As a dedicated student of personal growth and spirituality for more than a decade, Lyndelle was growing disillusioned with the self-improvement industry as it became clear that her life was not reflecting all the knowledge she'd garnered from the self-help books, seminars and guru's she'd followed and realised something crucial was missing from the picture - applied knowledge. She set out to create a series of practical journals to assist people to apply what they already knew into their daily life. Lyndelle pursued her passion for personal growth and human potential and now writes, podcasts and speaks about connecting to your s.p.a.c.e within (spirit, peace, acceptance, creativity & energy), living authentically, and becoming your own guru. It has become her life mission to help others raise their consciousness, to live more purposeful, powerful, authentic, and meaningful lives and to not only survive but to pursue their dreams and thrive.
