Daisyroots Books - A Fresh Approach to Secondhand Books Daisyroots Books is a real bricks and mortar high street shop with three rooms over two floors. Established in Kendal in 1994 we have been trading in Grange since 2006. We aim to stock a very wide range of titles at prices to suit all pockets. At the last count there were over 40,000 books, over 3 floors. Our quality standards are very high so much so that it is not unusual at first glance for people to mistake us for a new book shop. You will find an extensive fiction and literature section including everything from early PAN pulp fiction, through modern paperbacks and Penguins, to collectable first editions. Other frequently visited stacks are Railways, History, Lake District, Mountaineering, Observers, Military, and Mind, Body, Spirit.
