Alejandro Casona (1903-1965) fue un dramaturgo y maestro espa�ol de la Generaci�n del 27. Emparentada con el �teatro po�tico� surgido del modernismo de Rub�n Dar�o, su producci�n dram�tica guarda cierto paralelismo con la de Federico Garc�a Lorca, si bien su po�tica tiene el regusto amargo de la supervivencia.
