I think the vol II reference in the title as printed on the cover ( the title here is as read from the title page ) is that it is the second, updated edition of the earlier original work published in 1938, as this is complete in itself and covers all the years and requirements of the title. Binding clean and bright but spine has light surface losses to ends, and is cracking down the front upper hinge for about 3 inches. Contents clean and tight. Good Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
