1961 First Edition. Hardback Pictorial Cover Book is in Very Good Plus to Excellent condition with a tight binding and clean crisp internal pages. Inside text appears to be unread and unused. There is a "Reading Room from Charles City Junior HS in Charles City, Iowa" stamp in the top corner inside the front and back covers and on the first and last blank end page and also at the bottom of page 11. BUT, this book was NEVER in circulation. Do not know where it has been, but it never made it to any classrooms or libraries! Inside text is crisp and clean and UNREAD! Outside covers are very nice with some very minor wear. This is from the wonderful Dan Frontier Benefic Press Reader series from 1961, which was the first edition. Hard To Believe that was 65 years ago! Great series!
