Complete in 12 volumes, a mixed-printing set bound in the publisher's red cloth with black spine labels and gilt lettering, all retaining the dust jackets designed by Broom-Lynne. Vol. 1, 7th printing, with lightly bumped upper corners, otherwise fine and crisp in a like jacket. Vol. 2, 7th printing, with lightly bumped lower corners, otherwise crisp; jacket spine sunned, price-clipped, and lightly rubbed at the edges. Vol. 3, 3rd printing, bright and clean, with an ink ownership name; jacket with tiny corner chips and slight darkening to the edges of the rear panel. Vol. 4, 5th printing, clean and bright, lightly bumped at the foot of the spine; jacket nearly fine. Vol. 5, 3rd printing, clean and bright, with light bumping to the spine ends; jacket spine lightly sunned with a few small nicks. Vol. 6, first printing, clean; jacket with a short closed tear to the rear panel, a few small nicks, and light sunning to the spine. Vol. 7, first printing, clean and bright, with an ink ownership name; jacket with a small scuff to the rear panel and a short closed tear at the foot of the spine. Vol. 8, first printing, similar to the preceding volume. Vol. 9, first printing, near fine; jacket with a small spot to the spine and a light scuff, otherwise excellent. Vol. 10, first printing, a particularly nice copy in an equally attractive jacket. Vols. 11 and 12, first printings, similarly well-preserved in excellent jackets. Volumes 6-12 are all first printings. An attractive, clean, and remarkably well-preserved complete set.
