About the Author
Dona Holleman started studying Oriental Philosophy at age 12 while living on the island of Java with a particular focus on Buddism and Taoism. In the 50's Yoga became her path and in the 60's she studied with B.K.S Iyengar. She has spent the last 30 years teaching and learning only from her own body. Orit Sen-Gupta is a Sanscript scholar. For the past ten years she has been studying and collaborating with Holleman and has her own school in Jerusalem where she teaches students and teachers from all over Israel.
