Covers have heavy wear, rubbing, chipping and light soil. Corners and ends of spine heavily bumped and rubbed with some loss of paper over boards. Binding tight. Ink writing on second page. No page numbers. In a sunny valley. Her father had given them to her when he went off to war and never came back. Ermalnda danced and sang and taught the children of her kingdom ballet dancing. One year for the annual Dance Festival she decides to add tap dancing and seeks out two little boys who can tap dance. They mention Chinese, Hawaiian and Mexican dancing and Indian pow wow dancing. Ermalinda takes her magic carriage to these lands and finds dancers for the festival. The children dance their native dances and the Festival culminates with the Queen's solo dance. The story is illustrated with color pictures. Size: 10 x 6.75.…
