One year for the annual Dance Festival she decides to add tap dancing and seeks out two little boys who can tap dance. They mention Chinese, Hawaiian and Mexican dancing and Indian pow wow dancing. Ermalinda takes her magic carriage to these lands and finds dancers for the festival. The children dance their native dances and the Festival culminates with the Queen's solo dance. Then everyone goes to the throne room and sing folk songs until dawn, long after the children have fallen asleep. Ermalinda returns them to their homes and they think they have had a nice dream. The story is illustrated with color pictures. Size: 10 x 6.75.
