About the Author

The author of two books , Ron is a retired Navy commander, and with wife, Jane, live on a lake in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. A former University of Tennessee consultant to organizations, he continues as a commercial real estate advisor with NAI Koella Moore Commercial Real Estate, Sevierville, Tennessee.

Ron's first book: The Blue Mountains Sing Of rivers, old men, trails, and trout. was awarded the 2014 IPPY silver medal for Best Non-Fiction in the South by the Independent Publishers Association, N.Y.
